Yeah, I am perfectly aware of how many inaccuracies there are in this one. Like the fact that this young lady, having just given birth, is now standing, a picture of fortitude. Or that she rode up to the shop in labor, or at least dillating. And I hate to go there, but her old man has to be grinding his teeth and trying to figure out whose ass he has to kick for getting his lady pregnant.
Regardless, I’m happy with this one. Merry Christmas to all, and remember whose birthday it is this week, and what light that brought to the world.

Dig the commentary in your post.
No better place to start life.
Born with a 9/16″ combo wrench in his hand, eh. Youbetcha.
Aw, Rob, this is so great! The whole thing-cartoon and commentary! Mom
The original had a lot more dialog in it. And I may yet cut some out. If not for that he woulda been saying something like, “Hang on, I just heard three more bikes pull up.”
With 3 harley riding arab cologne salesmen.
Rob, it’s a great Christmas comic. Besides, who said a cartoon has to be logical or accurate to real life, that’s the beauty of cartoons.
You nailed it there, Matt. I do cartoons exactly because of my ability to dig the absurd. Or my inability to exist in reality. Depends on how you look at it.
how long do you think its going to take his wife to realize she called his shop phone to ask if hes at the bar?
Crackin’ me up Alan! ‘Course, he coulda called her, but your version is twice the funnier.
Merry Christmas Rob & Family
! Have just reviewed your Christmas cartoon. I don’t know where you come up with these great ideas! I certainly enjoy them! My intention was to send Peter and Carter a package of garden vegetable seeds but they are waiting to be delivered! love to All.
